Prototype of timer dialog is finished. Shows tea icon (not yet customizable), tea's title and countdowns the timer. There is a hide, stop, and restart button that are functional.

Got timer to a better point, it counts down and displays the time left. When it's down it will display itself (if hidden) and set time label to READY
