Now, when playing channel, we look up media URI from its webpage. This fixes the problem with dead links to the media file. It also adds a bit of a lag to the play action.

Dropped the ugly hack: kill switch does not seem to be neccessary if we refresh the media URI from the program webpage instead of caching it... which will be the next change in the code.

Added "--clean-config" option and fixed bugs related to missing config directory.
Fixed missing icons when running pyqplr.py instead of prplayer (i.e. without invoking make).
Both things simplify testing of development version.
