Fixes bug #675117:

After Sync is done, it reloads the current activity. Exception is the ListView (it gets anyway refreshed dynamically).
If there is the error message "Could not parse the note", then the activity is refreshed after the action of the user.

I don't know if this is a proper way, to put this in syncmessagehandler, but there are similar functions like onSynchronizationDone() already there.
Further, I found no better way than to call the reload-function from three different places, otherwise the error messages would not be shown.
