ivle-grep: Now excludes Vim swap files (.*.swp).

ivle-reload: Removed -q option. Now it is the default. Added -v (verbose)
    option instead, for non-quiet.

ivle-reload: Quiet mode now prints out the names of the commands it's
    executing.
    (It's still much quieter than printing the OUTPUT of said commands).
