beta1.conf defines the beta1 hwpack and rootfs. Use with -c on sdcard-create.sh
freescale-temp-fix/fix-boot.sh separates out redoing the boot config.
freescale-temp-fix/boot/boot.txt is additional boot params.
sdcard-create.sh adds the -c <file>.conf to redefine certain defaults args.

Added some logging in freescale-temp-fix/fix.sh which makes the coupling
to sdcard-create.sh easier to debug.

Tweaked sdcard-create.sh to mount/unmount /media/rootfs a little better.

bzr revert refetched unneeded freescale kernel assets. Make them go away again.
Same with fix.sh, which I want to be verbose and log what it copied over on the sdcard.
