Fixed problem that the auto-search of ibus-el-agent's file doesn't work if the file is moved to another directory after loading ibus.el

Added option 'ibus-agent-search-paths':
 - Used for the auto-search every time ibus-el-agent is launched.

Changed default value of 'ibus-agent-file-name':
 - Absolute path -> "ibus-el-agent"
 - An absolute path is still acceptable for user customization

ibus-el-agent: Added an option "-x" to the command line for launching ibus-daemon

This option doesn't affect ibus-mode, but allows some other applications which don't support IBus to access ibus-daemon by XIM protocol.
