Currently we are marking changesets as "/path/to/branch:revno". There is possibility for restricted changesets (like [path/to/branch:revno/restrict/directory]), but there are also huge problems in internal trac link handling engine with such links :).

Here we trying to make pure restricted changesets, like [revno/path/to/branch/restricted/directory] - first component will be pure revno, some of next paths - path to branch and ending part - restricted path (may not be present).

Not sure how Trac will deal with duplicate revids... :-/
