I think this is the correct way, although they both resolve to CSIXY so
it's purely a cosmetic alteration at this point.

particles: Added energy storage to the IdentifyE503 class.

The StageEnergies class lets the user access the individual detector
energies. I think the energy is still being over-estimated for the
elastic 40Ca nucleus, ~1400-1405 instead of 1392 (MeV), the total energy
depends on the CsI calibration which tends to be very sensitive so that
seems to be the prime suspect.
