Se estaleció el campo 'from_suffix' como readonly
cuando check.book se encuentra en estado 'review'
y el campo 'suffix' como readonly en 'check.note'
ya que éste es generado automáticamente cuando
se establece el 'from_suffix' y la cantidad de cheques
