clarify confusing wording
The tiptext phrase "Write data on 'Device' to 'Image File'" is VERY confusing, beause it gives the impression that data will be written towards the device. This is due to an incorrect use of the word "on".
Much better is: "Write data FROM 'Device' to 'Image File'".

Fix: LP#1285238 Check filename box for valid
Also added funtionality to conditionally enable Read and Write

Feature: Add user-defined filetype support.
To utilize this feature, create an environment variable named
"DiskImagerFiles" with the following format:
<Description> (*.<ext>, *.<EXT>);;
Ex: Nintendo 3DS (*.3ds, *.3DS);;
The ";;" is critical, and can be used to separate additional filetypes.

FR8: size matters: added error check when reading 'truncated' data. Slight optimization of searching truncated area for 'data' - no need to maintain a running total of the data area to check for emptiness - just examine it
