You can change the string to "A Веб-браузер". But in Russian it is not correct. Also I don't know why we should use 'A' in this case.

Thanks for your work, I've applied this now.

One small comment though - you upgraded your working branch, making it incompatible with lp:firefox/3.6. This meant I couldn't properly merge it in, and just had to apply the diff manually
