Merge lp:~ibmcharmers/charms/trusty/websphere-liberty/adding-ibm-tag into lp:charms/trusty/websphere-liberty

Hi Matt,

followed below steps to merge:

charm get trusty/websphere-liberty
cd websphere-liberty/
(Add "ibm" to tags, using your favorite editor, save the file.)
bzr add metadata.yaml
bzr commit -m "Adding 'ibm' to tags."
bzr push lp:~ibmcharmers/trusty/charms/websphere-liberty/adding-ibm-tag

Now only one (metadata.yaml) got changed.

Removed [applications] and added applications tag in metadata.yaml.

Deleted old proposed merge.
