0_74_2: Update keyboard/SDL interface with respect to capslock/numlock to work properly on linux and mac. add callback fix again as backport from 0.74-1. Updates to the dynamic_x86 core. Yet another compilation fix. Change prebuffer to 25. Make 32 bit Mac easier. prefer ncurses. Update installer files and exe file properties to have a 2 in the name.
