1. Rename ServiceState to InstallerState in UbuntuInstallService.
2. Use InstallerState, mAvailableChannels.size() equals to zero or not
        and mDownloadedVersion to decide what to show on UI.
3. move some preference related function to UbuntuInstallService.
4. call requestServiceState() in onResume() of InstallActivity and
        update related code.

- resolved lifecycle issue when cancelling download
- resolved Ui out of sync when deleting download
- failed/cancelled download is automatically deleted

Reflash recovery partition with Ubuntu boot every time when we failt to get get permissions
This is to stop stock image from destroying dualboot when restoring recovery partition with stock recovery

Store boot image in application private folder so it cannot be removed when cache is wiped
