linux-firmware: add firmware for adl machines from sof-firmware-v1.9.2

The Dell ADL laptops need the firmware and topology files from
sof-firmware-v1.9.2, otherwise the sof audio and soudnwire audio
drivers can't work.

UBUNTU: intel/sof: Remove symbolic links and add license to WHENCE.ubuntu

Symbolic sof links are created on the fly from WHENCE.ubuntu data when
installing the binaries. So remove the existing unnecessary links and
also add the SOF license to WHENCE.ubuntu.

UBUNTU: Remove unnecessary symbolic links

Symbolic links to firmwware blobs are created on the fly from WHENCE data
when installing the binaries. There are still some left-over symlinks from
before that time in our git repo. Remove them.
