GUI: Context menu of MainView is populated with selection of NP actions.

  * Added Diorite.SimpleUIParser that produces menus from UI tree file
 similar to Gtk.UIManager XML files.

  * Popup menu contains basic actions, so Nuvola Player can be used without
 menu bar and tool bar.

MainView: Modify a context menu to show only Web Inspector menu item when enabled.

  * Context menu is always enabled, but is modified to show only Web Inspector
    menu item and only if the Web Inspector is enabled, otherwise the menu is
 empty and is not shown.

  * It is possible to add custom menu items to the context menu while
 the default menu items are removed.
