This branch aims at making Squid-3 handle large responses >4KB, and as a by product improves performance.

This is done by reusing the already parsed header, avoiding the reparse done today. Initially for Squid-3.0 it will just skip the header portion of the data stream, but next step (3.1) is to redo the store interface to clearly separate headers from entity body.
