Merge promise code into trunk

Sandbox import/export w/File DnD support

Very basic import/export (doesn't use all the fakebackend method
directly as it should)

File Drag and Drop support. To test open a blank sandbox and a nautilus
window (with test/data opened) and drag one of the samples to the canvas,
sample-improv.json is taken from the rapi-delta branch and can be used
directly.

Fixes bad strings in the filters

The filter model refers to "category" when it should use "categories". It also
mislabels several categories (e.g. "miscellaneous" instead of "misc"). This
rememedies those problems.

Fix #1175183 broken filter checkboxes.

- Y.Router comes with a _parseQuery method that does not parse lists of
values. In production this was used due to the build process.
- Include Y.QueryString in front of all Y.App code as the Y.Router will
replace _parseQuery with Y.QueryString if it's available.
