* remove dependency to fw_Platform_conventions in the OSAL and Csimple lib.
The mLength_StringJc should be defined now in os_types_def.h. It depends on processor-word-wide etc.

* Add some Test-Projects in Visual Studio 6: The tests should be a part of the CRuntimeJavalike component. A user can verfify the codes and concepts, examples are given. All tests are disposed in the Test/*-directory with sub-dirs. The tests will be evaluated under Linux in the future.
