Hi Haggai,
this looks great, but I found one thing you should fix:

1. In RTL, press Alt+F1, the Launcher appears
2. Press down to select nautilus
3. Press the left arrow key

Expected Result
Context menu appears

Actual Result
Nothing happens. The right arrow key opens the menu. Have a look in launcher/LauncherList.qml, lines 188 & 200.
