igotu2gpx-daily

Branch of the official igotu2gpx code.
Their code doesn't work in 2016 anymore because all 2016 dates convert to 2000. Furthermore, there is no xenial (16.04) build and the old packages cannot be installed anymore.
I migrated the code from QT4 to QT5 and fixed the 2016 problem. But there are still a log of bugs of which I don't know if they were introduced by the QT migration or if they already existed before. Here's a list:

Known issues (unsure if introduced by this migration because I don't know the previous version anymore):
- It's not possible to step through a track, doubleclicking always point to the first waypoint
- Save single track or selection by context menu not possible but using normal menu it works
- Track download doesn't show progress
- Closing the application doesn't work using the X button but it works using the normal menu
- Multiple warnings on console like "Unable to find public signal for worker signal"
