A couple of chain-related updates:
 * No longer learning things when the bot was given a command.
 * Looking for a space after terminating punctuation before a chain is marked
   as terminated.
 * Using \0 as an explicit chain termination character.
 * Expanding from 256-byte chains to 512-byte chains to allow UTF-8 chain data.
