Finally added back the post-parse data sanity checks that I previously removed, as well as slightly changed the Result API.

The grammar actually kinda works now! parse_file returns a semi-useful structure. It can be refined more now. I also have to make it raise some more parse errors on some ambiguities.

Grammar updated. There's still one thing in it that needs to be fixed and then the grammar will be perfect. The parse_string function is still a work-in-progress.
