* Generalized events enough so that the line drawing characters can be swapped
   out trivially and some basic rewriting can be done.
* Changed the code to use settrace *and* setprofile, since both are required
   for everything that it needs.
* Made it optionally ignore anything that happens in frames that were created
   before the hooks were inserted.
* Added an interface so it can be used as `python -m tracer`
