Set DICPATH to /usr/share/hunspell

This commit is a step to address this bug:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1732755

When Firefox is installed via a .deb file, the property
"spellchecker.dictionary_path" is set to /usr/share/hunspell by default,
which tells Firefox where to look for hunspell dictionaries. Since the
Firefox snap is designed to be used also on other distros, that property
is unset.

The DICPATH environment variable is an alternative way to tell
applications where to look for spellchecking dictionaries. While FF does
honor it, DICPATH isn't FF specific. Hence the variable will likely be
useful going forward for other applications as well.
