Converted the warning about PIL to a pynotify notification. If we're gonna use it, might as well use it.
Made the Up and Down buttons work as they used to again.

Removed some noise in memakergui

It now displays!
Clicking a feature shows it, clicking it again removes it.
Making a new face now works.
Clearing all of a category's features now works.
Added some whitespace for my sanity.
Moving a feature up and down doesnt work (yet!)

Added support for actually merging svg features. Doesnt use most of Motor's features as they are handled by the MeMaker class and its child classes. A method was added to motor to support the new multi-featuretype model. However, it will probably cause most of the other methods in Motor to freak out if a feature is added without a type. If that new method isnt used, older usages will not be effected.
