* Change the name of the tar.gz to flickr-stats.tar.gz
* Update the -help documentation to let the user know it will create a tar.gz
* Use the cookiejar.txt file if it exists for the COOKIES variable
* Create a tar.gz of the csvs (it saves space)
* Delete the no longer needed csvs that are in the tar.gz
* Allow a user not to pass a cookie file if there is already a cookiejar.txt
