Initial checkin of the metadata work
* Created a function for grabbing the metadata from the flickr servers
* Began the work of writing the information to the JPEG file
  * It is still up for debate whether this is the right way of
    accomplishing this task. We may just create a metadata file
    associated with the jpeg.
