FreeBSD: fix bpf alignment on 32bit and timestamp size on i386. (#2329)

* FreeBSD: fix bpf alignment on 32bit and timestamp size on i386.

For BPF handling on FreeBSD fix:
(1) the alignment on (32bit) platforms where sizeof(long) == 4 and
(2) for i386 the timestamp size (offset to the fields later) within the
    bpf_hdr struct as time_t still is 32bit.
    Scapy does not set any more specific BPF_T_* time option, so we
    are not switching to bpf_xhdr (which would probably be the better
    long-term solution).

The problem made scapy use a broadcast Ethernet destination MAC address
for certain packets as neighbour resolution failed. This in turn led
to certain error/reply messages which must not be send to a broadcast address
not being sent by at least a FreeBSD kernel in response to a scapy packet
and with that test cases were failing.
