flatpak: Build libical from the 3.0 branch

osmConnection: Use '1' for permission instead of 'yes'

Use the correct value '1' instead of 'yes' when posting
the authorization form. This fixes a regression making
OSM OAUTH setup to break with recent updates on
openstreetmap.org breaking the old incorrect behavior.

maps-service: Don't use logos in fallback service

Replace attribution logos with the full copyright
notice also in the fallback service (to match the
