That focus thing wasn't really working

- just play/pause when video is focused on Enter
- show the overlay controls when fcused

- width can only be provided in px units by spec
  (ie can't do width="100%")
- sadly styling not as good as Firefox. Icons are hicolor/tango
  and partucularly the seeking looks bad.
