search-provider: discard stdout/stderr

When we pass input to gnome-calculator, it uses stderr to report invalid
input. But we expect most everything that we pass to be invalid, since
this is a search provider, so this needs to be suppressed.

search-provider: don't match plain numbers

Filter out plain number from search results, so that entering just a number
doesn't show up as the number equaling itself. Also handle locale-specific
thousands separator and decimal separator.
