Description of the change
This branch adds a rudimentary (and not well-tested) workitems2cards.py script that can be used to take all the workitems on a blueprint and create cards for each one of them in a Kanban board lane.

Seems like something that would be better to have in rather than out. Though it does seem like portions of this could be tested.
Though I'm guessing what really matters is the interaction with other sites, so better to test it "live" on a fake board, and when that looks good, land it. :)
