GLLimits: Update Android integration. Also, ensure that the object is
constructed to "neutral" values so that it will be obvious if either a probe or

GLLimits: Add some spec-version specific state table initializers along with a
glmark2-specific initializer and use that to decide whether the current canvas
has the minimum support it needs (currently just ES 2.0 minimums).

Canvas: Hook GLLimits into Canvas, probe for values and print them out in
debug mode.

GLLimits object. Contains state and query logic for obtaining actual values
for the state tables contained in chapter 6.2 of the OpenGL and OpenGL ES
specifications. Next steps are to hook this into the Canvas, collect values,
compare against specification minimums, and to allow for determination of a
"least common denominator" for benchmark configurations. The end goal is to
make the benchmark more meaningful by fixing the configuration (currently,
things like resolution vary enough from platform to platform to affect results)
and rendering offscreen using the fixed configuration.
