resolve tarball differences

I used
https://github.com/virt-manager/virt-manager/archive/v2.2.0.tar.gz
which differs from
https://releases.pagure.org/virt-manager/virt-manager-2.2.0.tar.gz

The latter is what is in uscan, so lets switch to that.
