Make ucf use md5sum history file on ucf command

To make ucf see all of the possible 50unattended-upgrades
config that we support, we need to inform the location of the file
to the ucf command on postinst

Add xenial 50unattend-upgrades to md5sum

Add md5sum history file with the md5sum for the current
50unattended-upgrades file that is found on xenial. This
should avoid a prompting an user when upgrading from trusty
to xenial
