    - d/{control,rules}: Remove all Python 3 package code and BDs, except any
      for building the documentation with Python 3 Sphinx
    - d/*: Remove all Python 3 specific install/package files
    - Rename doc package to not conflict with newer Python 3 Numpy doc package:
      - d/control: Rename python-numpy-doc package to python2-numpy-doc
      - d/python-numpy-doc.*: Rename to python2-* and edit content as required
