Drop further hints that are no longer needed.

There are no more force-reset-test hints present and this hint type should
be considered obsolete (but the code cannot be removed until any remaining
hints are also dropped from the hints files for stable series).

The majority of these have had new versions uploaded since then so would
have baseline reset anyway, and the remainder can be manually re-tested
against the baseline if necessary when uploaded.
