Now midori, in webkit2, can download webpages using async method. By default in .mhtml format.
Added the external-downloader extension to webkit2, and fixed a minor bug in aria2 which didn't check if the client was actually responding at all(a 200 status code). If it recieved a null response the check "was correct".
Some little refactoring in the function midori_view_download_requested_cb.
