* Added some debugging information to test memory usage.

* Modified all parts to work with an in memory, opened image, to avoid
  opening/closing multiple times the same image.
* Added "-R" and "--rotate" to rotate the images before placing them
  on the pdf file.

 * Modified the default action to use "external images" instead of
   "inline images". Inline images may be faster, but are problematic.
   External images are stored outside the page and can be instanced
   many times without using aditional space, generating smaller
   binaries when an image is used more than once.
 * Added "-i" and "--inline" parameters to use inline images on demand.
 * Added "-v" and "--version" to show imgs2pdf version.

Iniciado el seguimiento mediante BZR. El script esta en la version 1.0 y
lo considero completamente funcional.
