Prevent stacking of services recv'd from delta

Services recieved from delta singly are placed one atop the other. This defaults to placing them on the standard point outside used for creating services one by one in the GUI.

Visit a bundle url displays bundle detail page

The only way to display the bundle page right now is to visit a bundle
specific url using the charmworldv3 flag:

http://localhost:8888/bundle/~benji/wiki/wiki/:flags:/charmworldv3/
Will display the small details page using the rough template.

Fix blank charm details on browser re-expanding.

Minimizing browser with open charm details,
and then re-expanding it showed blank content.

Also fixed the minimize tab style so that it is
not hidden by an open inspector.

QA:
- go to http://localhost:8888/precise/mediawiki-10/ ;
- click on the minimize tab;
- click on the tab again to re-expand;
The charm details are shown.
