Don't use utils.get_unit_name() for deriving SERVICE_NAME.

Current parsing does not take into account services with a '-' in its
name (eg, SERVICE_NAME=mysql when deployed as mysql-region1). The ceph
charm on the other end grants access based on correct parsing of the
service name. Parsing strategy needs to match on both ends.
