Handle empty branches in browser.

This introduces a new class EmptyBranchNode which will be used instead of
BzrDirNode or BzrUnversionedNode in order to represent a branch with no
revisions (yet). The special class is easiest as there is no bzr inventory
entry representing the root of an empty tree. Implementing it as part of
BzrDirNode would therefore require a lot of complicated case destinctions.
