Drop BzrVersionedNode.get_change and _history_cache.

Apparently _history_cache was only ever used by BzrVersionedNode.get_change,
which doesn't seem to be part of any public API we're required to implement.
So let's drop both, along with a couple of auxuliary functions. Makes
things much cleaner, and in theory shouldn't impact functionality.
