The lirc config file format uses #! to specify that lircrcd should be used to synchronize state. This prevents the use of such files as "scripts" for lirc daemons. It should be possible to have an executable text file starting with the line "#!/usr/bin/irexec" which will start irexec with the contained configuration when executed.

This branch aims at deprecating the #! syntax for the configuration of lircrcd and providing an alternative configuration option that won't interfere with above usage.
