Experimental Cairo Places applet. The basic idea is to remove all aux icon capabilities from Cairo Menu and to use compiler flags to control which Menu is shown.

Does some other things, too, like adding a preferences dialog, but all mixed up and not suitable for merging.

Has a bug, that in Cairo Menu the places menu randomly shows up somewhere else after update. (Maybe introduced in rev. 1399, haven't investigated it yet.)
