* debian/patches/01_DefaultOclFactory_enum.diff: new patch to make source
compile on jdk5+, one file was using the keyword "enum" as a variable name
* .bzrignore: ignore quilt's .pc directory
* Delete debian/README.source, no longer needed with switch to quilt
