Fixed so that an Object []-operator can be used as lvalue and rvalue at the same time.
Moved from my own thread library to STL, so it builds on more machines than just mine...

Major fresh-up, bugfix etc.
Moved most jscpp.hpp implementations into jscpp.*.hpp correspondingly.
Added std::shared_ptr support to jscpp::Class to fix de-allocations when destroying contexts.

Massively rewrote and restructured jspkg.
The test program now compiles, creating, adding and in the JS test script require()'s this module and uses it, with success.

Fixed re-using of the jscpp::Context class.
Re-implemented lost jscpp::Value::getString().
