Added initial version of alternate title order based on filename.

MakeMKV's usual title order will be wrong in some cases, e.g. for some
TV series. In these cases, an ordering based on the BluRay file names
produces better results. The logging output of makemkvcon can be used
to find out the filenames and adjust the ordering.
