* Add dependency to: parted, gdisk, dosfstools,
  nfs-common, rdiff, makebootfat
* bin/dash-manager:
  - Detect first harddriver if user does not
    specify drives.
* lib/legacy.sh
  - Remove partition resize action since parted
    has remove resize command.

* Use [[ ... ]] condition check to reduce errors
* bin/dash-manager:
  - Remove dash-merge-delta stage, this will be
    called in dash-create-recovery.
  - Call get_dash_target instead of using /dev/sda
